A destination not to be missed is Turin, that mixes his historical elegance with a vibrant modernity. From its most iconic landmark, the Mole Antonelliana, which today houses the National Cinema Museum, to the Royal Palace, symbol of the Savoy dynasty, passing through Palazzo Madama, the residence of the Queens of the House of Savoy during their Regencies and today home to the Civic Museum of Ancient Art, to the Turin Cathedral where the extraordinary Chapel of the Holy Shroud is located, which houses one of the most famous relics of Christianity, at the Egyptian Museum, one of the largest and most important in the world, after the one at the Egyptian Museum of Cairo.

The "Crown of Delights" was created around Turin, it is the set of Savoy castles and residences, theatre of court life, constitutes a unique example in Europe, recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1997: the Palace of Venaria Reale, the Villa della Regina, the Hunting Lodge of Stupinigi, the Castle of Valentino, the Moncalieri Castle, the Castle of Rivoli, the Ducal Castle of Agliè and the Castle of Racconigi.

A symbolic monument of Piedmont, the Saint Michael's Abbey is an ancient abbey built between 983 and 987 on the summit of Mount Pirchiriano, 40 kilometers from Turin.

Its imposing silhouette dominates the Susa Valley and inspired Umberto Eco for his famous novel "The Name of the Rose".

Asti, rich in medieval and Baroque monuments, is the birthplace of the famous playwright and poet Vittorio Alfieri. The city is renowned for its ancient medieval Palio, and it is the capital of Piedmontese food and wine, with its prestigious wines, including Asti Spumante

The city is surrounded by the beautiful hills of Montferrat with several historic villages such as Moncalvo, Grazzano Badoglio, Montemagno Monferrato, Montiglio on the north side of the Tanaro River, Nizza Monferrato, Mombaruzzo, Incisa Scapaccino and Canelli on the south side.

Cuneo: nicknamed the "Large Province" for its ample extension, it offers an incredible variety of landscapes. From the peaks of the Maritime and Cottian Alps, ideal for trekking, to the hills of the Langhe and Roero, places of fine wines such as Barolo, Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto and to their white Alba truffle and chocolate. A trip here means getting lost among hills covered with vineyards, visiting charming villages such as Barolo, La Morra, Neive and Monforte d'Alba.

Alessandria: located in the southeastern part, it is a borderland rich in castles and hilly landscapes, such as those of Montferrat, and its old capital Casale Monferrato with the splendid Cathedral of Sant'Evasio, the Synagogue, the Civic Tower and its military architectures. Alessandria is known for its winemaking tradition, with wines such as Barbera and Dolcetto, and for the historic Citadel.

Novara: surrounded by the Po Valley, it is a land of paddy fields as far as the eye can see.

The province is bathed by the Lake Maggiore with the splendid Borromean islands and the evocative Lake Orta, where the romantic village of Orta San Giulio is located.

Vercelli: considered the "rice capital of Europe," it offers unique landscapes shaped by paddy fields that change colour every season. Vercelli boasts a historic centre rich in art, with the Basilica of Sant'Andrea as its landmark.

Biella: located at the foot of the Biella Alps, it is an area that combines a strong textile and wool tradition with a valuable natural landscape heritage, dominated by the imposing Sanctuary of Oropa.
